Beverly Hills, CA – July 12, 2018 – UNICOM Corporation, a division of UNICOM Global ("UNICOM"), has announced that it has signed an agreement with Merck Sharpe & Dohme Corporation ("Merck") to purchase the Merck property at Whitehouse Station, in the Township of Readington, NJ.
The Class-A office buildings, totaling approximately 1.24 million square feet, are located on 1,100 acres of park-like grounds. The acquisition is expected to close in October, 2018, and post-acquisition, the property will be renamed "UNICOM Science and Technology Park". Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
